Our Story
C3 New Hope is a Church that has been built on a foundation of faith and a word from God.
Throughout the generations, our Church has been blessed by the faithfulness and goodness of God.
In 1975, God spoke to our founding Pastors, Adrian and Kathy Gray, to plant a Church in the heart of Macarthur. Together with their family and a handful of committed members, they faithfully pioneered the Church for 34 years. During this time, Mount Annan’s current building was constructed, Mount Annan Christian College began, C3 Community Services launched and many lives were eternally transformed.
In 2008, Adrian and Kathy handed the leadership of our Church to Pastors Andrew and Clare Gray. For 13 years, they passionately impacted God’s Kingdom, saw many disciples made, planted several local churches, equipped leaders and led cultural change, including the renaming of our Church to ‘C3 New Hope’.
In December of 2021, Andrew and Clare passed the baton of leadership to Pastors Dan and Ali Warren. They both are excited for this chapter in the life of our Church.
It is our prayer that as a Church we will continue to faithfully steward what God has entrusted to us and continue to build and prepare for the next generation.
We always honour our past and are loyal to the future.
All for His glory.

Our Statement Of Faith What We Believe
1
There is one God: God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit;
5
In the existence of an evil spiritual being - the devil;
9
In the resurrection of both the saved and the lost, the one to everlasting life and the other to everlasting separation from God;
2
In the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ the Son of God; we believe in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, His constant intercession and in His imminent return;
6
In the spiritually lost condition of all people and the essential need for the “new birth” by faith in Jesus Christ;
10
In the church being the body of Christ, and each member being an active part of a local church, fulfilling the Great Commission.
We live by our convictions, the core values that make us who we are.
The Bible is our guide to life, not only because it is good, but because it is true.
3
In the person and work of the Holy Spirit with His fruit and gifts available in the Church;
4
The Bible as the living word of God - infallible, authoritative and everlasting, and the foundation of all Christian doctrine and faith.
7
In the baptism of the Holy Spirit as a gift available to believers, with the normal evidence of speaking in other tongues.
11
Marriage was instituted by God, ratified by Jesus, and is exclusively between a man and a woman It is a picture of Christ and His church.
8
In the sacraments of the Lord’s Supper and baptism by full immersion in water for all believers;
12
Sex is a gift from God for procreation and unity, and it is only appropriate within and designed for marriage.

Dear C3 New Hope Family,
As we reflect on the past year, our hearts are filled with gratitude for the incredible journey we've experienced together at our Campbelltown campus We are deeply thankful for our dedicated team of volunteers who are committed to, and passionate for the House of God. They have been a major part of why C3 New Hope Campbelltown is such a welcoming and authentic community.
This year has been marked by several highlights that showcase God's faithfulness and love for us This year we were able to increase our staffed hours and continued to invest in our kids and youth ministries. We baptised people in water and the Holy spirit, helped people in their journey towards freedom and saw countless miracles take place All for the glory of Jesus
As we look ahead, we are filled with hope and anticipation for what God has in store for us We are believing for continued growth in our community, both spiritually and numerically. We are praying and believing that we will continue to see every member of our Campbelltown campus empowered and equipped to live out their faith boldly and to make a lasting impact in the world around them

C3 New Hope Mount Annan
What a privilege it is to help shepherd God’s people! We love leading all of C3 New Hope and are privileged to also be the Campus Pastors at our Mt Annan campus.
We desire to continually surrender to the plans of God as we believe that God is the master builder of His house. We have seen Him move in so many aspects of our Church this past year and we are so grateful for His presence, power and promises!
We have been able to increase staffing in our children’s and young adult’s ministries. Denise, Brooke and Shelley are beautiful ministers and are helping our children and young adults experience Jesus in a real way! We have also been able to see a purpose built ministry room established to help facilitate a place of worship for our children. Your Legacy giving has made these things possible!
Our youth ministry continues to soar and impact teenagers with the Gospel. So many reports of transformation and young people having a revelation of Jesus and His call upon their life
Our connect group leaders have continued to give of their time and hospitality to host groups and share the love and goodness of God with our church congregation.
We love that our Church is multigenerational and it is beautiful to see the 55+ demographic in our Church come together, enjoy each other’s company and showcase their giftings. No one is beyond being used by God!
All of our teams are sensational! We want to say a HUGE thank you to everyone who serves – from those who make coffees, vacuum floors, help people find seats, care for children, lead worship, play an instrument, help with sound and lighting and so much more. You all pave the way for our community to come and meet Jesus.
You can see that in part of this testimony from Kallum Watts: “My family and I have now been attending since March of 2024. In this time I have had the pleasure of not only having my own life transformed, but seeing my family’s relationship with Jesus flourish also. This has led to both my sister and I being baptised at C3 New Hope. This is certainly not something I would have predicted not all that long ago!”
Absolutely beautiful! Seeing people find Jesus and follow Him in the waters of baptism has been a true highlight for us this year!
Mount Annan, it has been wonderful to see you rise and “be the Church.” The way you have cared for one another in times of trial, the way you have stood in prayer, the way you have worshiped together, met in friends and given to the building of God’s House
Let’s keep loving Jesus and shining His light!

C3 New Hope Townsville
To the dream team that makes up C3 New Hope Townsville - thank you! Thank you for all that you do and the many ways that you faithfully invest into the church!
Some highlights for the year include the growth and health of Kids Ministry, the launch of C3 Kids Library and the launch of New Hope Meals. We have also gained two brilliant people on the team - Jacob Hickman our youth leader and Kathryn Cameron our operations manager.
We are believing to see our team and community continue to grow as God transforms the hearts of the people in Townsville.
We are committed to following Jesus, becoming like Jesus and doing what Jesus does. God will achieve this through the faithful and servant hearts of His people.
We are believing to strengthen the foundations of our church by growing our kids/youth ministry team and our operations team. This will serve the mission of building the church in Townsville.

Ministry Reports
Our future = Younger Generations We are committed to teaching our kids the ways of God.
Deuteronomy 6:5-7
Hello Church!
What a beautiful and joyful privilege it is to be able to help kids in their discovery about Jesus
Our kids are our future!! As a Church we are building from the bottom up, with a vision for our C3 Kids to follow Jesus, make friends and have fun!
As kids come to worship services across all locations, we pray that from the very youngest child to the oldest, they would have a personal encounter with God’s presence and experience the love of Jesus.
With Deuteronomy 6:5-7 firmly in our hearts, we are committed to teaching our kids the ways of God! We believe that as our kids discover more about Jesus they will have a strong foundation, know the truth, be people of good character & do the great things God has planned for them with their gifts and calling “The people who know their God shall be strong, and carry out great exploits ” Daniel 11:32
What a great year we have had in kids ministry! This year across all our locations our kids have been learning from our bible based curriculum themes “The Big Three” - Faith Hope & Love, “Back to Basics” - The Word, Church & Prayer, “Stories of the Bible” parable stories with hidden meanings and Paul’s letters to the Church. In each of our curriculum themes, kids have been learning about what a life following Christ looks like with stories and illustrations to bring the gospel to life in a way that is age appropriate for kids.
This year it’s been very exciting to see the impact that Legacy giving has had in Kids ministry with the appointment of kids staffing in C3 Kids Campbelltown & Townsville as well as kids capital equipment and upgrades at Townsville and Mount Annan Thank you to the people that faithfully give Your giving is directly helping us to facilitate ministry in such a positive way
We love seeing our kids connect with friends and having fun each Sunday. As a team we are constantly on the lookout for ways that we can actively engage and involve our kids on an individual level. Throughout the year ahead we will continue with our kids praise & worship, bible-based curriculum, weekly games & activities as well as our special event mornings which are always a highlight and a great opportunity to invite a friend.
The C3 Kids teams across all our locations are looking forward with great expectation to see what God will do in the lives of our kids this year.
We are so blessed at C3 New Hope to have such a willing and gifted team of volunteers in C3 Kids who faithfully come prepared each week to teach the Word of God and minister to our kids To our volunteers - thank you!
To our families - thank you for bringing your kids to God’s House. What a joy it is for us to partner with you in helping your child discover a personal relationship with Jesus.
Charisa O’Connor C3 Kids Ministry Director
Follow Jesus
We believe that as our kids discover more about Jesus, they will have a strong foundation & do the great things God has planned for them with their gifts and calling “The people who know their God shall be strong, and carry out great exploits.” Daniel 11:32
Make Friends
We have a heart to see our kids flourish - finding friendship and belonging. We want our kids to be like Jesus, with a heart for others, showing kindness and God’s love.
Have Fun
We want our kids to have FUN and be joyful! “I was glad when they said to me, let us go to the house of the Lord” Psalm 122:1.
Hey Church,
Firstly, we wanted to take a moment to thank the whole Church for their support of our youth ministry. Not only is it a biblical precedent that we raise up the next generation well, but it's also a core part of C3 New Hope's vision under Ps Dan & Ali. We are aware that many are in constant prayer for our team and students, we have had people give both practically and financially and in particular, we saw 23 students attend camp through a sponsorship last year. This is only possible because of our generous Church family!
What a year we have had across all of our locations It really has been a season where we have taken ground and seen many areas bear fruit after years of faithful sowing by many.
Here are some of the key highlights:
In October 2023 we saw our biggest camp take place in over a decade. (103 ppl) At Mt Annan in 2023, we had the highest number of year 12s graduate as members of our youth ministry in the last 5 years. Many going on to be trained up in leadership.
Early in 2024 we launched youth programs in both Townsville and the Blue Mountains, which means we now have youth operating in all 4 Church locations. A massive milestone for us as a Church. Through these programs starting we have seen young leaders raised up and released into leadership roles and already have had new families join the Church.
Our worship and creative teams continue to grow. In January we saw Olivia Neaves hand the worship team over to Zviko Mukwindiza after 5 years of service. During her time at the helm, we saw the team grow from 4 members (2018) to 25 members (2024) Olivia is now working in a Youth Operations role at Mt Annan Zviko is now also the MACC school chaplain and is doing a fantastic job bridging relationships between our Church and college.
Our partnership with Youth Alive continues to bare fruit. As some would know, we have the honour of being the South West Sydney Regional Directors In June, we hosted this years Regional Rally and saw over 700 students and leaders in attendance aswell as 100 students receive Christ. This was the biggest Sydney youth rally in over a decade!
In 2023 we had 3 students graduate Youth Alive Academy and by the end of 2024 there will be 4 more.
Our team continues to grow across all locations and we have some exciting programs in the works. Some of the key areas of our focus for the rest of 2024 include:
• Training leaders to run New Christians Courses
• Raising discipleship leaders (oversight over many school grades)
• Developing new leadership programs for finishing year 12s
We are now busy preparing for Spring Camp 2024. This year we will see all 3 of our NSW locations involved! Please pray for us as we prepare
We'd love to extend a massive thankyou to all of our youth teams across our 4 locations including our Ministry Leaders and interns. Without these guys & girls it would not be possible. They carry the WHY, they sacrifice countless hours of their time and finances and are passionate about seeing the next gen raised up in the ways of God. It would not be all possible without them.
Thank you God! Thank you Church family! Bring on the next year!
Nick & De Diomis Youth Ministry Directors
Young Adults
What a year we have had in Young Adults!
After a year of planning, praying and dreaming, on October 29th 2023 we hit the ground running and followed the prompts from God to launch a YA ministry again. On this night and the nights to follow there was something so special as we gathered together on a Sunday evening. It was a new day. God’s presence filled the room, there was joy in the air & a beautiful sense of family & community as we had dinner together. This is what we want to go after!
We have seen 4 connect groups take place monthly & just recently a big group of us spent time seeking God together at the very first Youth Alive Young Adults retreat It is clear that there is something special taking place for Young Adults across the state.
Our focus for 2024 is:
Worship
Worship is a strong point of our gatherings. Our focus is not on lights & screens but stripping things back to an intimate expression of worship to God It is here we want our YA to experience God’s refreshing, miracle working power.
Relationship
Unity & healthy friendships are so important to us, Hebrews 10:23-25 is our driving point of this! We want to do life together, encouraging and pointing each other toward Christ. This goes beyond our Sunday night service’s but infiltrates into our weeks through connect groups and beyond.
Community
YA is an open invite to our 18-25 demographic, all are welcome & it is our heart that when people show up, they feel welcome and a part of the family. As Romans 12:5 says, each person plays a part in Gods kingdom and we are stronger together than one.
We would love to extend a big thank you to the YA team who have given so much of their time to make our YA ministry happen. When kicking off this space, we knew It wouldn’t be possible without a team around us & we are starting to bear fruit because of your investment.
Young Adults is in for some exciting days ahead!
Nick & Denise Diomis Young Adults Ministry Directors

Worship
Our worship teams across all campuses at C3 New Hope are dedicated to leading our congregation in heartfelt praise and worship that glorifies our God
Through our collective efforts, we've seen some truly powerful and impacting worship services Many of you have shared how our music and worship moments have deepened your spiritual experience. We are truly grateful for the opportunity to be a part of your worship journey and to play our part in creating a space where God's name can be lifted up and His presence can be encountered
Our team has been growing, not just in numbers, but in diversity. We have members spanning different ages, from young members to...not so young. This mix brings a rich variety of perspectives and experiences, enhances our worship experience and makes our team stronger. We have diversity from campus to campus also. It’s exciting to see how each of our campuses brings its own unique flavor of worship. Whether it’s a small intimate setup, worshipping together on a screen or a full band each campus has its own special touch Despite these differences, our core mission remains the same: to lift up the name of God and help create an atmosphere where His presence is deeply felt.
Looking ahead, we plan to continue growing by onboarding more team members, developing the next generation of musicians, singers and technicians and creating a supportive environment that allows everyone to thrive. But above all this, our highest priority will always be to lift up God’s name and ensure that our worship continues to honor Him above all else
I would love to extend my deepest thanks and gratitude to each member of our incredible team Your commitment, talent and passion have been the heartbeat of our services From our talented musicians and vocalists, to our devoted tech team and volunteers...you each play a crucial role in creating an atmosphere where God’s presence is felt and His name is glorified Your commitment, often behind the scenes, doesn't go unnoticed and is deeply appreciated. Thank you for all your hard work, your creativity, offering up your God given talents and your willingness to go the extra mile...and the early mornings!
What a privilege and honour to worship our great God!

Prayer
I would like to thank the C3 New Hope Prayer Teams across our four campuses. You have an often unseen, but vital part within the church as you pray for our leaders, members and the Church in general.
It has been wonderful to see prayers being answered; our Youth and the Young Adults going strong, the Sunday services gaining momentum and the presence of God being tangible every month in prayer meetings.
This is just a start. I believe we will see even greater move of God in our midst as we continue praying in unity.

A WORD FROM OUR COLLEGE CHAIRMAN
Mount Annan Christian College (MACC) has experienced significant growth and development throughout 2023.
Parents, more than ever before, are choosing Educational Institutions that align with their own values. Organisations not afraid to stand for something not only foundational - but eternal.
MACC aims to provide students with a Christian Education that values God's presence and power, focusing on helping them understand their own value to Him and a purpose that goes beyond success and excellence.
This year we celebrated 25 years of providing this unique Christian Education in service to the Macarthur region. We are indebted to past leaders such as Pastors Adrian and Kathy Gray, John Scott, Wayne Parks, Nathan Gray, and Andrew Gray. The school is grateful to families who have entrusted us with their children and forged the path for future growth and development by their tenacity and support.
We’re blessed to have an incredible Executive Team, led by Headmaster, Gabi Korocz, whose enthusiasm for an educational experience that is purposeful is contagious. Mark Camilleri, Head of Secondary, Deb Pope, Head of Primary, and Scott Grant, Head of Operations have been instrumental in delivering outstanding educational outcomes with genuine care and compassion for the needs of our students.
As a Ministry of C3 New Hope Mount Annan, MACC relies on God's Grace, His Word, and the leading of His Holy Spirit to ensure the foundational principles of "Faith in Action" result in a unique and impressive outcome for its students and community We value our relationships with Christian Schools Australia, the AIS, Governments, staff, volunteers, parents, students, alumni, and our local church community who pray for and contribute to the college.
MACC seeks to prepare students for purpose on this Earth, foster good, lasting, loving relationships, and set the foundation for rewarding careers that help them feel accomplished and provide for their families and the community at large. As a "Christian Educational Organisation," the college seeks to help students see beyond themselves and live for a Purpose that goes beyond this world and into Eternity.
At the end of the day, we, as God’s Servants, seek to use the gifts and resources He has provided, in partnership with a Community of Faithful Men and Women, to establish His Kingdom for His Purposes and for His Glory. To that end, we remain resolute.

Community Services
Dear C3 New Hope Family,
Looking back over the past year, I am filled with gratitude to our great God who has given us this amazing opportunity and who continually fills our office with peace and joy.
I am also filled with great admiration for the staff and volunteers at C3 Community Services. Their continual dedication to getting the best result for each client, their compassion and empathy to hear their client's story, and their boldness to speak about Jesus and to offer prayer, is inspiring. They really are the hands and feet of Jesus.
This year has been filled with so many highlight moments for different individuals. Whether it is seeing someone become financially sustainable, breaking a cycle of poverty, or seeing someone encounter Jesus through prayer or acts of kindness. We have also seen continued strength in our partnership with Woolworths and helped more people than in any other year We were able to do this through our No Interest Loan Scheme, Emergency bill relief program (EAPA) and through the distribution of frozen meat from Woolworths.
Looking ahead, we are filled with hope and faith for the future. Our main goal and motive is to see people find Jesus That their life would be spiritually transformed and find community in the house of God. We are also believing for continued growth and expansion of our services, reaching even more people in need, giving people a hand up and not just a hand out, providing them the tools to be self-sustaining.
Thank you for your unwavering support, prayers, and contributions. Together, we are making a tangible impact and embodying the love of Christ in our community.

Client Story
Our client came in to C3 Community Services to meet our team about her electricity bill in June.
She is originally from Iraq and moved to Sydney with her husband. Since arriving in Australia she has had two children, one of which has a severe disability.
In May, she lost her husband and had a particularly tough time working through not only the funeral planning but also dealing with all of her bills and other expenses while looking after her two children.
She had a large bill in her husband's name and the energy company was putting immense pressure on her to pay out the balance as soon as possible. She was visibilby feeling the weight of her situation and was quite stressed.
Our team called the energy provider on her behalf and we were able to advocate for her. It was confirmed she was not required to pay for it
Once we explained this to her, her whole demeanour changed. The weight she walked in with was gone. She was very grateful.
We then helped her access some government rebates and gave her some contacts of referring agencies to help with other struggles she was facing.
She is a muslim, and we know that not only did she receive practical assistance, she experienced the love of Jesus that day.

Dear C3 New Hope,
We are in exciting days as a Church
What a privilege that we get to be part of a Church where people can encounter Jesus through worship, the word and connection
We are blessed to be part of a multi-generational Church that had faithful people go before us. With gratitude we reflect on the goodness and faithfulness of God and all He has done in and through our Church.
Our inheritance as a Church is rich in both culture and assets. As custodians of the Church that we enjoy today, we seek to faithfully steward all that has been entrusted to us. We are in the chapter of our Church’s story where we have the opportunity to consider how to best use and invest our resources to prepare and equip the next generation.
As a Church we closed out the 2023 financial year with just under $20 million of equity
Our financial projections are strong and our income and profitability have steadily been trending positively with an EBITDA of $132,896 for the 2023 financial year As a company we have no Church debt with our only liabilities being standard accounting provisions, lease liabilities and staff entitlements Praise God! To the people who faithfully give of their time, talents and treasure - thank you.
As we seek to glorify God in ministry across all our locations, we continue to endevour to operate from a foundation of good governance. Our governing principles and standards help us to be more effective in achieving our missional objectives as a Church, be more accountable and better positioned to protect our Church and the people who participate in our ministry activities.
Christian organisations should seek to be leading organisations in operating with integrity, good governance, accountability, transparency, stewardship and ethical management of resources As we look to build faith and trust in the community, we believe that how we operate as a Church matters It matters to God It matters to people
We continue to operate from a position of faith and confidence with policies, procedures, guidelines and training for our teams to diligenty consider their activities and know and understand their obligations.
Ps Dan & Ali are doing such a brilliant job as Lead Pastors both from the pulpit and behind the scenes in leadership, team development and pastoral care. Their passionate devotion to discipleship and building the Church is evident to all. Pray for our Church leaders and governors as they seek to diligently lead our Church.
We have a brilliant staff, team and volunteers who love the Church. Each of them play an important role and we are grateful for them
Together we are the Church The gate of heaven
To God be the glory!
