CHC33015 - CERTIFICATE III IN INDIVIDUAL SUPPORT (AGEING / DISABILITY)

Want to make a real difference in the lives of the ageing and those living with a disability? A career in Individual Support can mean working within a secure and flexible employment environment. With an increasing ageing population and the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), there is no better time to get involved and learn how you can support people in your community. This nationally recognised course includes work placement, where you practice and hone your skills and knowledge in the sector of your choosing. You can specialise in aged care or disability, or increase your job opportunities and do both! Mondays and Tuesdays, 24 Jan – 28 Jun 2022 l 9 am – 4 pm

HLT42015 CERTIFICATE IV IN MASSAGE THERAPY

Passionate about helping others? Interested in how the body works? A career in massage can be incredibly rewarding and provide you with a flexible work/ life balance. During this nationally recognised training you will receive a wealth of theoretical knowledge covering anatomy, physiology, communication, and business skills. You will also gain invaluable practical experience in therapeutic massage techniques through our in-house student massage clinic. Upon course completion you will be ready to start your career as a massage therapist in a wide range of settings such as a private massage practice, spa/salon, sports or aged care facility. Tuesdays and Wednesdays (Plus Monday clinics from Term 2) 1 Feb – 21 Sept 2022 l 9 am – 4 pm

Have you always wanted to make a difference and have a positive impact on others? A career in community services can be challenging at times, but also incredibly rewarding and provide you with the opportunity to support communities, groups and individuals in a wide range of settings. Guided by our highly skilled industry current trainers, you will develop the personal and professional skills required to start your career as a community services worker. This nationally recognised course includes work placement. Wednesdays and Thursdays, 23 Feb – 25 Aug 2022 l 9 am – 4 pm
