Your future starts now I am delighted to welcome you to the Ayesa Early Careers Programme delivered in partnership with Engineers Ireland. The CPD Certificate in Professional Engineering is accredited from the Technological University Dublin (TU Dublin), providing a Level 9 Qualification. This programme will allow you to focus on and develop the range of competencies required at the start of your career and provides a series of learning opportunities throughout the programme, transferring learning into the workplace and projects. At Ayesa we are looking to attract, develop and retain the best talent and support the critical skills we need now and into the future. The course improved my professional and personal skills. Each module gives new insight and confidence, which helps you work more efficiently. The modules I found most beneficial were “Communication and Presentation Skills”, “Time Management and Organisational Skills”, and “Technical Report Writing”. Learning how to deal with stress and be conscious of when it happens was particularly helpful. I have since implemented a few basic measures which will help me in the future.
