I wish I could remember the moment I fell in love with makeup. It began in middle school with Cover Girl pressed powder, mascara and eye liner. In high school I expanded into a little bit of eye shadow and a touch of blush. Then, in college, I dabbled in a little bit of everything until introduced to MAC by my roommate. She took me to a makeup artist who gave me a fresh, new look. I kept going back to get my makeup done; I marveled at all the brushes and what the combinations of colors could do. I watched each person’s technique when applying makeup and finally found something that worked perfectly for me. I began helping friends select the right foundation and showing them how to apply eye shadow to achieve certain looks. I was always ecstatic when someone had a makeup question for me. When I finished college it was pretty clear to me what I wanted to do. I was once a little lost in the world of makeup, but after receiving some guidance from a professional, I felt confident, prepared for any work or social occasion ... and of course I felt beautiful. I wanted to make sure others had that same feeling so I became a professional makeup artist. Fast forward a few years and here I am, still dabbling in a little bit of everything, but with training, confidence and love for every face I encounter. I established Tiffany Jordan Makeup and my webstie byTiffanyJordan.com as a resource and a specialized service for those who seek beauty solutions. I’d love to consult with you about the colors, brands and textures that will complement your face, as well as the products and outfits you use to complement the rest of you.
