Our Programs
01 Online Cocoon Club
A supportive online community of 100 professional women mentors and 600 teen girls and young women who work together to grow as leaders and achieve their personal, professional, and academic goals. Cocoon Club members gain access to helpful leadership development resources, engaging college and career readiness programs, intergenerational mentorship, scholarships, and internship opportunities. In-Person Cocoon Clubs
We partner with local schools and community-based organizations to provide middle and high school girls with holistic leadership development programming. Through hands-on activities, field trips, and one-on-one mentorship from our college interns, youth participants grow their social-emotional skills and continue to develop their identities as young community leaders.
Community-Based Internships
Through our community-based internships, Butterfly Dreamz partners with high schools, colleges/universities, community organizations, and state and local governments to employ young women, ages 14 - 24, in paid internships and apprenticeships, where they receive holistic mentorship, develop their academic, career, and social-emotional skills, and get hands-on experience leading intergenerational community action projects.
The Leadership Journal
