As the BAP Consultant and Art Therapist for the Butterfly Art Project I have had the opportunity to observe many of the BAP training activities and assess what would be needed to strengthen the sustainability of the Community Art Facilitators (CAFs) Training and Mentoring Programme (TMP) going forward The TMP sustainability report I have written was given to the BAP team as a guideline for quality assurance of its Training Programme.
