2022 was a very good year at BAP!

A year full of change and success

In BAP’s previous annual report, I shared about the coming change of leadership - from BAP's founding Director, Angela Katschke, to Jane de Sousa and can say that the leadership transition from April to December 2022 went well Jane brought more than 30 years of organisational development practice and leadership experience and Angela supported the organisation with her art therapy knowledge and other valuable development skills

The BAP team had a fulfilling 2022, full of achievements with growing beneficiary numbers

You can read through the year ’ s highlights later in this report on page 18 It is amazing to see what The Butterfly Art Project can accomplish in a year

The team ended the year with a watermelon feast with everyone agreeing that they felt satisfied and grateful for another year together, doing excellent work with wonderful child and adult beneficiaries
