You will want to fire up the grill with this quarter of F2 Akaushi/Angus beef raised by our own Lance and Lisa Lechtenberg. Known for its copious marbling and buttery tenderness, this meat is the perfect complement to any meal and turns any novice into a master culinary king. The homegrown beef is already processed and ready for you to prepare. Winner will need to coordinate pick-up the week after the auction.
