Congressman Rufus B. Rodriguez of the 2nd District of Cagayan de Oro City interpellates Rep. Florencio Flores of Bukidnon regarding the latter’s privilege speech on the power situation in Mindanao, particularly the lowering of the DOE of the allotment of solar power in the Island to only 50MW. Rep. Rodriguez fully-supported Rep. Flores and filed a resolution calling for a congressional inquiry on this move of the DOE specially in light of the fact that there has been a continuous energy shortage in Mindanao.
