How to make your Compost at Home?

Making your own compost at home is easy and rewarding. Also, it’s a great way to reduce waste and save money. Here’s how to get started:

• Choose a bin or container. You can purchase a commercial compost bin, build your own, or simply use an old trash can with holes drilled in the bottom for drainage.

• Add organic material to your bin. This includes things like kitchen scraps (vegetable peels, coffee grounds, eggshells), yard waste (grass clippings, leaves), and manure (from worms or other animals).
