hen a colleague calls Lee Rogers, president of Rogers Insurance, to talk about business, more often than not he is asked about the Rogers Employee Ownership Program and the Rogers Dream Program – both of which are specifically designed to engage and elevate employee relations. From the outside looking in, they seem to operate much like any other business – until you step inside. For 35 years, Rogers Insurance has been helping people get the coverage they need, but they have also been instrumental in helping to change the industry – from the
