With an enriching experience of 2 decades in business consulting and Information Technology, 6 years back, Ramesh started his journey towards entrepreneurship after being the Director at Cognizant, managing thousands of people. He is a born digital enterprenurer who successfully exited from his first company to one of the largest IT service company in early 2000. Arrowhead, (The name formed from the highest award “Arrowhead” received for the leadership excellency from Fujitsu in 200) was formed with a vision to help customers to transform digitally by working in a collaborative manner, from starting paying heed towards their idea and converting it into reality.

Arrowhead has offices in Charlotte-USA, Bangalore-India, Toronto- Canada, Colombo- Sri Lanka, and Dubai-MENA region with 70+ highly skilled resources. They pioneered in offering enterprise digital services such as Business and Technology consulting, Product engineering, Platform engineering,Digital enterprise application developments(AI/ML,IoT), SAP S4HANA Consulting and Digital enablement.

As per the discussion with Mr.Vinod, CFO, 30% of revenue of company comes from Consulting and board advisory service, 50 percent comes from digital technical enablement and building AI/ML applications, and rest is from SAP digital services areas. Arrowhead is known in the global market for the best SAP digital services and intelligent software bulding in HR tech space.

The industries which they serve are Retail & CPG, HR Tech, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Professional services. Arrowhead created a separate vertical called “Startup” to help budding enterprenures.
