Tansania gehört zu den ärmsten Ländern der Erde. Am meisten davon betroffen sind

Wie die Aktion von RITZENHOFF LODGE. Und wenn viele kleine Menschen viele so kleine Sachen machen, dann ist das insgesamt gesehen doch eine sehr große Hilfe!“

Kinder. Sie haben keine oder nur eine unzureichende Schulausbildung, häufig keinen Zugang zu sauberem Trinkwasser oder nicht ausreichend zu essen. Viele haben aufgrund von HIV-Erkrankungen ihre Eltern verloren und müssen arbeiten oder sich um jüngere Geschwister kümmern. Hinzu kommen unzureichende medizinische Versorgung, Obdachlosigkeit und eine hohe Malaria-Sterblichkeitsrate. Der privat gegründete Förderverein “Good Hope Centre e.V.” leistet seit 2 Jahren humanitäre Hilfe vor Ort. Bis Januar 2007 konnten Gelder für den Bau eines Waisenhauses mit Einrichtung gesammelt und weitergeleitet werden. Ein Wohn- und ein kleines Ausbildungsgebäude entstanden. Im Mai 2007 gründet sich der Förderverein “Good Hope Centre” mit Sitz in Halle/Westfalen. Ein Jahr später ist man erheblich weiter.

Dank prominenter Unterstützung von Ex-Nationaltorwart Uli Stein, Udo Lindenberg, Peter Maffay und Werner Schulze-Erdel, können nachhaltige Spendenaktionen durchgeführt werden, die es möglich machten, daß nun eine Schule für 250 Kinder und ein Waisenhaus für 80 Kinder gebaut werden. RITZENHOFF hilft! Mit der Serie RITZENHOFF LODGE wird das Good Hope Centre aktiv unterstützt, denn ein Teil des Umsatzes wird dem Förderverein zur Verfügung gestellt.

RITZENHOFF currently supports the Good Hope Center e.V. development association. Tanzania is one of the poorest countries on this planet. This affects the children there more than anyone else. They have no or insufficient access to education, they suffer from a lack of drinking water, or do not have sufficient quantities of food. That is why I support the Good Hope Centre development association, and I am glad that the public has also managed to wake awareness in companies like RITZENHOFF, who are now offering their help and getting actively involved in the project.”

RITZENHOFF is doing its bit! The RITZENHOFF LODGE series actively supports the “Good Hope Centre”; a part of the turnover made with this series will be donated to the association.
