News from Career and Student Services If you are interested in finding out more about job opportunities on Capitol Hill in DC, the best job listserv I’ve found is done by Scott Baker, Director of Constituent Networks with Chet Edwards office (the list is bi-partisan though). To see the latest lists go to http://groups.google.com/group/capitol-hill-job-list-by-mr-baker and if you want to join the group, there is a link on the right hand side of the page that says, “Join this group”. The Development Executive Group is the resource for jobs, business opportunities, professional networking, and news for development professionals—find international development jobs and career advice, international development tenders and procurements, and foreign aid relief news from ADB, DFID, USAID, World Bank, United Nations and 115+ other donors. The individual will coordinate publications, networks, surveys, conferences and facilitate development of projects dealing with e-governance, shared services, public-private partnerships, performance measurement and improvement. This individual must either possess a Masters degree or must show substantial progress towards the degree. Excellent communication skills are also required. Up to 37.5 hours per week. $15-$25/hr.
