We usually take part in Red Nose Day, dress up in some way and have a collection. The Printer’s discussed the event at their Printer’s meetings and decided, this year, rather than just take part on the day we would have a Red Nose week! That way all Printers can take part and do their bit. They decided to wear something funny on their head like a wig, hat, glasses or of course a red nose.

It wasn’t as bad as I thought but I did need to keep a bowl of water on the floor handy!” Chris’ efforts alone raised £80 and the grand total collected was £149.95! A big thank you to everyone who supported the fundraising.

A special birthday Chris O’ did something really funny for money-he pledged to eat a box of Bonio dog biscults! Chris began his challenge on Tuesday, “Twenty five years ago I ate a box of Bonios for the very first Red Nose Day. So to celebrate 25 years of Burwell Print, I decided to repeat the feat.

In January Mark Stockdale celebrated his 50th birthday. Mark brought in a fantastic cake to share with everyone. We sang happy birthday and enjoyed a slice of cake.
