the river Park office complex will be a Class A facility that can be built out according to the tenant’s preferences as a state-of-the-art medical facility or as traditional and modernized office suites. the office park concept focuses on two anchor structures with each building to provide approximately 120,000 square feet of space. the river Park office complex will include a multi-level parking deck with the option to incorporate an elevated pedestrian bridge to connect the buildings.
