Our pots can be packed in plastic trays, either black or clear. Standard trays number 6, 8 or 10 pots each, are easy to handle, saving labour costs and enhance protection. Trays are packed in nesting format for stability and efficiency. Pots in trays are loaded onto custom made pallets measuring: 110 x 84 cm. But like many things in life, we can customize and change size, materials, etc to create the perfect tray and shipping solution for your product.
Besides tray packing, can the ceramics also be packed directly on the pallet. The different layers are separated by cardboard sheets and the pallets individually secured with a plastic cover. The size of a CP5 pallet is 114 x 76 cm. Per 40HQ, 62 CP5 pallets can be loaded by double stacking.
Custom labels with barcodes or any other additional information can be included in production to suit your needs.
