Whilst established practices have probably prevented offsite methods being more prevalent, the current crisis creates the demand and environment for new approaches.
Delivering value Based on these characteristics the ability of offsite to meet current demands and add value at all three stages are summarised below. These are presented in terms of requirements of the CLC roadmap and opportunity.
