Lee Vostmyer has been put in charge of all plant operations for Hollow Tree Lumber Company, according to president Bill Moores. Vostmyer, who has been with Rounds Lumber Company for the past four years, originally held the same position of plant manager with Hollow Tree prior to joining Rounds.

Frank Paramino, Paramino Lumber Company, and Mrs. Paramino vacationed in Oregon during the first two weeks of September. However, being the ol' firehorse he is, Frank also visited several mills calling on sorne of Paramino's older suppliers -many of whom have been supplying Para- mino with quality forest products for more than 40 years.

Larry Owen, manager of Dyken Lumber Company's new San Francisco office, visited his Chicago headquarters and several of his eastern customers during the end of September.

Lamon Lumber's Gordon Saunders worked the Coast up to southern Oregon on a mill safari during the end of August.

Fred Aisthorpe, owner of Aisthorpe Lumber Company, has appointed Larry Keown as manager of the long-established Chico yard. Keown was formerly associated with Pine Tree Lumber Company at Fallbrook, California.

Chas. C. Moorehead, owner of Moorehead Lumber Company, Escalon, was released from a hospital in Modesto on September 15,
