New Door Developed for Store And Commercial Entrances

The Eugene Extruded Metals Corporation, division of Southern California Glass Company, has developed a new Hollobilt "Slim Line" aluminum door for store and commercial entrances. The original Hollobilt door featured a satin alumilited frame 2l inches wide. The new "Slim Line" Hollobilt door has ll inch top and side rails, providing greater visibility and smartness of design.

Architects and designers of today's modern stores and buildings are planning store fronts and entrances to achieve better vision, greater light and more effective merchandising display. Hollobilt aluminum doors, according to Paul Jeffries, general manager of Eugene Extruded Metals Corporation, accomplish these objectives because they are engineered to provide a maximum area of polished plate glass with a minimum of supporfing trim.

"The Hollobilt door is designed and engineered to permit architects and designers greater latitude and imagination in building plans," said Mr. Jeffries. "Store and commercial building entrances with the eye-catching appeal and utility that only large areas of plate glass can give are possible with the Hollobilt "Slim Line" aluminum door."
