The recent death of E. T. Sturgeon of the Morrill and Sturgeon Lumber Company necessitated a reorganization of that firm. Costa, 37, ft,rmerly merchandise manager for I(aiser Gypsum, joined the company in 1950 as administrative assistant to the general sales manager. A native of S:rn Francisco, he holds a B.S. degree in accounting from the University of San Francisco. He makes his home in Lafayette, California.
