Post Ofiice Deportment lssues Commemoroiive

On F ebruary 2nd, commonly known as ground-hog day, the Post Office Department appropriately issued the world's first range conservation commemorative postage stamp at Salt Lake City, Utah, the U.S. Department of Agriculture has announced. T?ris 4-cent stamp, printed in three colors, will be released at the annual meeting: of the American Society of Range Management under joint sponsorship with USDA's Forest Service and Soil Conservation Service; the fnterior Department's Bureau of Land Management and Indian Service, and the Post Office Department.
