Hoo-Hoo Annual Convention
Hoo-Hoo International elected a new board ofdirectors at its 95th annual convention at the Seattle Sheraton Hotel, Seattle, Wa. Hoo-Hoo is a lumbermen's fraternity with more than 7,000 members in the U.S., Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
Elected to the board were Snark of the Universe (president) Dick Campbell, Woy Woy, New South Wales, Australia; 1st international v.p. Phil Cocks, Orlando, Fl.; 2nd internationl v.p. Lyle Hoeck, Sioux Falls. S.D.: chairman of the board Jack Jacobson, Vancouver, B.C., and international sec./treas. Bernard B. Barber. Fresno. Ca.
The regional representatives, or Supreme Nine, elected were Charlie Eaton, Jeff Loth, Rod Abel, Bruce Woodrow, Bill Franks and George Olsen. Directors with one Year remaining are Gordon Graham, Brent Crosby and Frank Gray.
The group's oldest living Past Snark is Dave Davis, Greenbrae, Ca., who holds the office of Seer of the House of Ancients.

Hoo-Hoo International was founded in Gurdon, Ar., on Jan. 21, 1892, by five lumbermen stranded on a tion report from Campbell and later discussed club business. This meeting of the lumbermens fraternity was held last month in lrvine, Ca. railroad trestle after a heavy rain. Its main purpose is to act as a catalyst between all aspects of the forest products industry and to serve as a unifying body creating goodwill and fellowship among men who work in the industry.
