By R0SS KINCAID executive vice president

ANAGEMENT of a lumber and building material operation in all its phases-personnel, sales, merchandising, accounting, purchasing, pricing, advertising and public relations-demands a good understanding of human relations and the importance of people in developing the boundless opportunities offered to our industry. The 2I dealers who attended the Executive Conference. March 18-20 at Lake

Wilderness Center, are now more aware of this after hearing the six presentations and relating them to their own operations. The weather was beautiful, the Lake Wilderness Center was a delightful place and the food and service were outstanding. Everyone agreed it was an ideal place to hold a conference.
