"We have not made any specific announcements on site locations yet," said spokesperson Suzanne McCoy. "But we do plan to pursue additional Lowe's stores in Albuquerque. Three to four more stores is a good possibility;'
The North Wilkesboro, N.C.-based chain broke ground last month on its debut Albuquerque store, a 150,000-sq. ft. building on 3l acres, reportedly to be built for $15 million.
Not surprisingly, Lowe's isn't limiting itself to the Duke City area. The company is said to be looking at sites in other cities, including those surrounding Albuquerque.
