ONFIRMING the builders' darkest suspicions, the lumbermen are drinking champagne this year, at least they were for the San Joaquin Hoo-Hoo Club Gourmet Dinner Party. After chartering a bus in Fresno, Ca., and loading on the bubbly, they arrived in near Hanford at an establish- and sup in a manner not standard to Hoo-Hoo meetings.
