Sierra Mansard is a practical solution to the problem of economical application, coupled with pleasing appearance. Manufactured from vertical grain, certified kiln dried redwood, Sierra Mansard provides a lifetime of performance.

LENGTHS Simpson ships "Sierra Mansard" in 8/20' length assortment, usually exceeding R.l.S. specifications in the longer lengths. Special waterproof wrappings available.

FINISHES The surface and edges of Sierra Mansard are factory finished with highest quality stains in a choice of rich, warm russet brown, soft green or elegant silver gray; or, if you wish, you may specify natural "Penta-protection" which preserves the natural redwood appearance with a clear water-repellent, The back side of all Sierra Mansard is coated with clear water repellent to prevent the capillary penetration, or "wicking" of moisture at the laps.

APPLICATI0N & MAINTENANCE Application is the same as for bevel siding (with qualifications shown at right). A coat of stain every few years will keep Sierra Mansard looking fresh and beautiful.
