Elmar Brock, former assistant general manager of Tarter, Webster & Johnson's big Newark, Calif. distribution plant, was elevated to general manager January 1. Elmar has been w.ith TW&J rnost of his working career which included three years in the woods at Wilseyville during the late 40's. He was transferred to the Newark pla.nt in 1958.
