I)ealers Assoclatlon is taking reseryations for a German conshuction study tour combined with skiing in Innsbruck, Austria, Jan. 29-Feb. 7.

Munich and Innsbruck as well as tours of Salzbrng, Neuschwanstein Castle, Oberarnmergau, Venice, Italy, and St. Moritz, Switzerland, are included on the itinerary.

The Construc'tlon Suppllers' Assoclatlon, because it continues to receive phone calls from members about lumber improperly graded or with an improper grade stamp, is reminding members that Georgia has a law preventing lumber not graded by a recognized grading agency ftom being sold as graded lumber.

The law states that dimension lumber sold in Georgia with any marking indicating a grade must be graded by a grading agency licensed by the American Lumber Standards Committee. Dimension lumber

Loulsiana Building Materlal l)ealers Assoclatlon coordinated aid to dealers in the state who suffered losses in Hurricane Andrew. Dealer members from the northern area not hit by the storm, other federated associations and the National Lumber and Building Material Dealers Association offered help as well, Bruce A. Cole, managing director, reported.

Oklahoma Young Lumbermen will meet at Shangri-La, Grand Lake, Afton, Ok., on Oct.23 in conjunction with the Mld-America Lumbermens fall seller's market and expo Oct.24-25. The Oklahoma State Committee and the MLA board of directors will meet there on the same day.
