A reportedly environmentallysound adhesive that contains no water or chlorinated solvents has been introduced by Mannington.

Virtually odor-free, Ultra Spread 60 reportedly can be spread 60 sq. ft. per gallon, twice the amount of other adhesives. It also eliminates the flash cartridge tank. Model AWHC-2230, a convection heater for big supplemental heating jobs, has a 22,300 BTU/hr. output, said to be the highest BTU output to cost ratio in the kerosene heater industry.
