A new line of pressure treated wood products for decks and other outdoor projects has been introduced by Emco specialties.

The hearth offers a heat output range of 15,000 to 60,000 BTUH, while keeping down the particulate emission and carbon monoxide levels.

It has a 2.1 cu. ft. firebox capacity and requires only a 6" flue and no catalytic combuster.

Accessories include an outside air kit, heat circulating fan, ash Pan, firescreen, designer doors, grill and trim options.

Brass For Passage Or Privacy

Solid brass, lever handle mortise locksets are now available from The Atrium Door & Window Corp.

The DECreations line consists of 37 assorted sku's, including balusters, deck posts, top/bottom rails, lattice panels, step stringers and mailbox posts.

All components are manufactured from premium grade Southern yellow pine and pressure treated to .40 retention, a level that permits ground contact.

A one-piece anchor for mounting fixtures to gypsum wallboard has been introduced by ITW Buildex as a replacement for plastic screw anchors and toggle systems.

Only a No. 2 Phillips screwdriver is needed to install the E-Z Anchor; no pre-drilling or hole preparation is necessary. And because of is thread configuration, it can also be backed out, leaving an easily patchable hole.

Made of long-lasting zinc material. the corrosion-resistant anchor has a unique tri-cut point and deep threads to provide strong en83gement in 318",l/2" and 5/8" gYpsum wallboard.

Applications include mounting shelving, picture frames, mirrors, brackets and bathroom accessories.

A tester to determine the moisture content in building materials is now available from Tempo Instrument Inc.

With an ambient temperature between 60o and 90" F, the mortar is said to set in two to three hours. It can be used to install tile over plywood, clean masonry, cementitious backer board and gypsum board. Featuring a powdered lacquer latex activated by water, it needs only the water in appropriate amounts to attain working consistency. It is available in 25 and 50 lb. bags.

Crossover Cabinetry

A curved radius cabinet, a crisscross wine rack, and a wall-tocounter cabinet are now available from Fieldstone Cabinetry.

Radius cabinetry is offered in convex or concave styling for wall, base, vanity or tall cabinets in several door styles.
