Morton Grove North Shore Senior Center North Shore Senior Center’s Morton Grove Social Services Office has space

in the American Legion Memorial Civic Center at 6140 Dempster Street. Information and assistance is provided to individuals of all ages including access to public benefits, referrals for a variety of community programs, on-site and offsite support groups, and applications for the Village financial assistance program. A monthly Caregiver Support Group meets on the fourth Wednesday of the month from 10 to 11:30 a.m. On-site appointments are available for the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program, with Senior Health Insurance Program volunteers, and to discuss individual concerns of all kinds. Monthly wellness programs offered include cholesterol screening, diabetes screening, and a foot care clinic. Appointments are available by calling 847-4705223.
