Safety first. Use of the facilities is at your own risk. Do not run, dive, jump or engage in risky behaviour for you or for others.

MEDICAL CONDITIONS

Those with heart and/or circulation problems, as well as pregnant women, should consult the doctor before using any spa facilities. Injuries or accidents should be reported immediately to the spa team.

BE CONSIDERATE

PICTURES & VIDEO RECORDING

The use of recording devices, including cameras and mobile phones, is only allowed inside the spa pools during the specific times provided.

FOOD & DRINKS | SMOKING FORBIDDEN

No brought-in food and drinks are allowed anywhere in the Bürgenstock Alpine Spa.

Smoking & Vaping are forbidden in all areas of the spa.

POOL AND WELLNESS AREA

Part of our wellness area is a nude zone. Towels are provided, please make sure you use them, particularly when sitting on the wooden benches.

For hygiene reasons, burqas are not permitted in the pool.

AGE

Children under the age of 16 may only be in the pool area when accompanied by an adult and only during the designated times.

Please respect the peaceful atmosphere in the wellness area, avoiding any loud behaviours.

To ensure comfort for all guests, reserving loungers is not permitted.

MEDICAL CONDITIONS

Guests with medical conditions, injuries, or limitations should consult a physician before using the fitness area.

FITNESS EQUIPMENT

Avoid using the equipment if you are unsure of the proper technique. We recommend booking a Personal Training session with our professionals when using the fitness equipment for the first time (charge applies).

BE CONSIDERATE

NO PHOTOGRAPHY OR FILMING

The use of recording devices, including cameras and mobile phones, is not permitted in the entire training area.

Limit cell phone use to emergency calls only and use headphones for music.

AGE

Children under the age of 16 are not allowed.

EQUIPMENT HANDLING

– Use collars on barbells to secure weights.

– Do not drop weights or let them slam on the floor. Avoid unnecessary noise.

– Return weights, dumbbells, and other equipment to their designated place after use.

– Wipe down equipment after use.

FOOD
