The secret is out! If you hadn’t already as of this academic year (2021-2022) we have partnered with Akuma to create our match day shirts! But this isn’t the end of the partnership! We are proud to say that we have also partnered with them to be our stash supplier! Akuma Sports is a family-owned business founded in 2008, by brothers Warwick, Daniel, and Thomas Aldersley. The brothers share a love for sport and a passion to deliver a simple solution to purchasing high-quality sportswear. Akuma is one of the UK’s premier suppliers of bespoke, custom designed sports kits to both amateur & professional teams, clubs and organisations of all levels.
Something key for us when looking for a new supplier was how ethical their production process is. This is all in bid to be more eco-conscious and environmentally aware. Therefore, our new match day shirts come in at being made from 95% recycled materials and the new stash from around 80%. Their goal is to create all their products from 100% recycled materials within the next few years!
