Until last December I lived and worked around South East London and whilst my wife Jo and I enjoyed it we knew that one day we would move to the coast and explore the South Downs, events of 2023 cleared the path and in December we moved to Tangmere. Now all I need to do is move the geographical focus of my work to match, so if you are considering a:
Loft Conversion
Probably the most economical way of extending to provide bedrooms and bathrooms. They always require Building Regulations Consent and sometimes Town Planning Permission. Due to their nature they always require structural calculations.
Side Extensions
Single or two storey extensions to match the house providing additional bedrooms, bathrooms and increased ground floor living space.
Single Storey Rear Extensions
Mostly for larger kitchens and open plan living/dining areas, usually with large expanses of glass both on the rear elevation and as roof lights with beams for rear wall removal. Have a look at my website www.keithchandler.co.uk and call me for a no obligation, preliminary chat –I look forward to hearing from you.
