FOCUS ON: CAREERS WEEK

Throughout the week all students attended careers exploration lessons using the Unifrog platform, which gives accurate labour market information about 1000s of jobs. The tool can also be used for students to record their skills, reflect on their interests, preferences and strengths and browse the on-line careers library. Every student has an account which can be accessed on-line at any time.

Our key stage 3 students also took part in sessions aimed to help them develop crucial employability skills such as team-work and communication. Finally our Year 7 students took part in an employer Q&A before a fun team challenge, involving creativity, team work and a lot of newspaper!
