You’re Outstanding!

Achieving an Outstanding CQC Rating is no mean feat and this is something that we feel should be celebrated!

Marden Medical Practice, Shropshire, have been users of Blue Stream Academy since 2013 and we would like to congratulate them on their recent CQC inspection, in which they achieved an outstanding CQC rating.

When speaking with Zoe George, the Practice Manager at Marden Medical Practice, she talked about how Blue Stream Academy helped during the inspection:

Blue Stream Academy has become an integral tool used to help us prepare and evidence training requirements for CQC. Staff are able to complete training in many different areas and have personal training profiles that can be used to demonstrate completed training.

I particularly like the practice training matrix which gives a good overview of completed and outstanding training.

Having the ability to add in external training is also a very important feature so that all training can be recorded on the same system. Blue Stream Academy's unique functions have proven to be very efficient and effective

We here at Blue Stream Academy understand the hard work, dedication and time that is required to attain this achievement, and our system is built with this in mind.

The eLearning suite and Management of Information System (MIS) have been developed to ensure that training can be tracked, and evidence of compliance can be accessed easily and efficiently, making your reporting requirements that little bit easier.

Achieving an outstanding CQC rating takes tremendous effort from all involved, and, as a team, we are proud to be a part of this process!
