has likely been used since before that time and will continue to be employed almost daily. According to In diverse workplaces and social environments it has proven to improve the communication between multilingual teams.

I believe it’s important for everyone to have practiced code-switching at least once in their life, because while everyone has their own ways of speaking, that doesn’t always mean the people we meet or work with will understand it. I personally feel it is better to code-switch as fit with those around us in order to create a “unanimous” work language which every member can understand.
