Additionally, the design takes into account important factors such as understanding the site, considering user needs and desires , creating a cohesive form or style theme, and incorporating sustainable design practices. Attention is given to environmental conditions, soil type, topography, regional climate , sun/shade patterns, and microclimates to determine appropriate plant selection and placement.
