CHAIRMAN’S COLUMN

s I reflect on my first five months as the Chairman of the Board for the Central Bucks Chamber, I am astounded by the TRANSFORMATION. You may have noticed the Chamber has undergone some big changes as we formed a new internal team. Under the leadership of Theresa Fera, each role has been clearly defined with responsibilities and goals set forth. You will meet our warm and experienced team, which is still anchored by our dedicated veteran, Brad Sanders, on the next page. Together, they are laser-focused on learning, collaborating, and charting a path for growth. Stepping into any new role is often challenging and exciting. It can be difficult and requires courage, commitment, and effort. In life, change is inevitable. In business, change is vital! I see a spark, positivity, and cohesiveness in our new team that will serve our Members well.
