Double tear-drop rub strake Bow Handles Extra handles inside the tube provide a more secure grip as well as additional holding points.

Mercury Inflatables are produced with Mehler Haku®, a heavy-duty, longlife fabric, which offers excellent resistance against UV, cuts, abrasions and normal wear and tear. This fabric also offers maximum resistance against high temperature, moisture and dirt.
Our Achilles® HP range features a premium quality, extra heavy-duty fabric, which offers superior performance in most extreme conditions… including resistance to abrasions, hydrocarbons, fire, ultra-violet light, and fading.
Mercury Inflatables offer one of the best guarantees in the market including 3 years warranty on the Mehler Haku® fabric and air holding thermowelded seams giving you assurance of our commitment to quality (excluding Dinghy Series).
> A chilles® HP is a super-tough synthetic rubber fabric with an inner layer of Neoprene. Extensive testing has shown that Achilles® HP out-performs other materials, such as PVC in abrasion, oil, petrol, chemical, and weather resistance.
Mercury applies the exclusive technique of THERMOWELDING when assembling the Mehler Haku® PVC fabric of its tubes. This process combines fusion welding with high pressure bonding of double internal/ external tapes, and is used to assemble the different parts of the tubes with welds stronger than the material itself.

FLOORS TO SUIT ALL MODELS
AIR FLOOR The Dinghy series features a traditional air mattress flooring which is comfortable, easy to inflate and convenient.
ALUMINIUM FLOORBOARD Mercury’s Heavy Duty inflatable models are built for their strength and durability. Equipped with reinforced aluminium floorboards, they are incredibly resistant and suited to demanding applications or extensive use. Aluminium floorboards are easily installed and provide a nonslip surface to enhance traction in wet conditions.
AIR DECK FLOOR (X-STITCHED)
SPORT FLOOR – FIBRE REINFORCED POLYMER
All Air Deck models feature a X-stitched inflated floor that provides 50% more floor rigidity when compared to the traditional drop stitched air floor systems. Our Air deck floors also feature anti-slip patches.
Sport models are equipped with a removable fibreglass sectional floor that offers durability, additional buoyancy and a lower cost compared to aluminium floorboards. Fibre reinforced polymer flooring is also waterproof and won’t degrade.
RIGID HULL FLOOR – FIBREGLASS
RIGID HULL FLOOR ALUMINIUM
The Ocean runner and Dynamic models feature rigid fibreglass hulls which incorporate a stable and firm deck.
New to the Mercury Inflatable range are the Aluminium RIBs with their flat painted Aluminium checker-plate flooring designed for strength, durability and slip resistance even when wet.
The Ocean Runner has a sandwich-laminated fibreglass v-hull for incredible performance and a flat floor. The Dynamic RIB series features a laminated fibreglass hull with VITECH® (Vacuum Injection Technology) process, moulding the hull and transom as one piece for incredible strength-to-weight ratio.
