• If the power cable is connected to the outlet; disconnect it and also disconnect all the signal/power sources.
• Now, open the front panel of it.
• After that, look inside in the machine and see if there is any residue/piece of paper.
• And also check the where the paper was. • There should be a separation roller between the feeders. • Properly inspect the surface of it. If there is any dust particles wipe them out. • Take a cotton swab or a clean cloth and wipe them carefully.

Use only water; don’t use acetone or any chemical alcoholic solution on the rollers.

After cleaning, assemble the components again and connect the power cable back at the printing machine.
