CODE ENFORCEMENT REPORT

Spring time is here and this is the time when many people will fall prey to fraudulent contractors.

These contractors try to convince the home owner to purchase repairs or services they may not need.

Please do not accept any work form anyone without getting a 2nd opinion or estimate.

SOME THINGS TO BE ON THE LOOKOUT FOR:

•Someone claiming to offer free or cheep “Inspections”

You are not having any problems with

• your AC system; however they find it is not working properly and is in need of repairs.

• telling you in writing.

They will not put everything they are

They try to use high pressure tactics.

• They try to discourage you from getting

• a 2nd opinion by stating the cheap price they are offering is only good while they are at your home. Once they leave they will not honor the price they are offering now.

They offer to come back when they are
