The walk-thru will be on May 17 at 10:00 am. All compound users are invited to attend.

The committee and volunteers have been busy this year.

YOUR DONATIONS AT WORK:

1)We replaced and installed 600 feet of privacy windscreen on the Grove Street side

2)We replaced 400 feet of coaxial cable for the security cameras. Cables were broken and frayed

3)Trimmed all hedges and bushes, picked up and disposed all debris at the compound

2022 EXPENSES:

1)$650 00 for fencing and accessories

2)$427.00 for coaxial cable for cameras

3)$825.00 for electricity

4)$275.00 for mowing in the compound

THE COMPOUND IS SELFSUPPORTED BY DONATIONs---NOT A BUDGET ITEM.

Please everyone that uses the compound continue with your donation. Suggested donation would be $50.00 to $100.00 a year for all units. Please do your best, so we can remain SELFSUPPORTED.

Next major project is paving of the roads inside the compound.
