Sausage Gravy Busicuts &

Ingredients

Buiscuts:

• 1 can of your favorite busicuts

Directions

Gravy:

• 1 lb. breakfast sausage

• 2 Tbsp. olive oil

• 3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour

• 3 cups milk

• salt and pepper

• In a large skillet, brown the sausage over medium-high heat. Remove cooked sausage to a plate and set aside, reserving fat.

• Add enough olive oil to the reserved fat to reach 3 Tbsp. and heat. Sprinkle flour on hot oil and using a wooden spoon, stir to combine. Cook stirring constantly until your desired doneness.

• Slowly add milk and stir to combine. Mixture will start to thicken. Add seasonings, salt, and pepper to taste. Add sausage back to skillet, stir to combine, and serve over hot biscuits.
