Hello BA Residents! Can you believe we have finished up the first month of 2020?! I have a feeling this is going to be a busy year. Here are a few fun things to know: �� #DeepCuts (Pint Night) is at Andolini’s Pizzeria - Broken Arrow every Tuesday night from 5-10! It is a celebration of beers you may not know of yet (but should). Each week they feature a select beer, and when ordering you will receive a special pint glass that’s yours to keep!

Every #DeepCuts pint night, they also pair a special pizza-by-the-slice from 5 pm to close! �� Daddy-Daughter Dance February 8 The annual Daddy-Daughter Dance is back! It will take place at Nienhuis Park Community Center on February 8, 2020. Tickets are $5 per person and are now on sale at Nienhuis Park Community Center, Central Park Community Center, and Ray Harral Nature Center. Tickets must be purchased in advance. No tickets will be sold at the door on the day of the event. Don’t wait! Daddy Daughter Dance sells out every year. ❤ Valentines Cookie Decorating February 9 at 3:30 at the Alli Balli Boutique - Corner of Ash & Dallas

This is the perfect afternoon out with your friends or a fun opportunity to try decorating some sugar cookies for yourself. Just bring your friends and they’ll bring the cookies and supplies. This class is intermediate level, but does not require any previous decorating experience and is meant as a social gathering to decorate cookies and have fun. You will make four Valentine’s cookies that you’ll get to take home and one winner can take home sample cookies, as well. Practice piping, doing outlining, flooding, and wet on wet techniques. The cost of the class is $45 and also includes a goodie bag! Register on their Facebook page! �� Rotary Trivia Night February 29 The Rotary Club of Broken Arrow started the annual event in 2009 to fundraise for local scholarships, build fellowship with local and regional business and public entities, promote Broken Arrow, and showcase NSU-BA facilities. The buffet opens at 5:30 p.m. & contest begins at 6:30 p.m. �� HOA Workshop February 29 at the Stoney Creek Conference Center

The 2020 Broken Arrow Homeowners Association Workshop is a great place to get helpful tips and resources for property owners, renters, and those wanting information on owning a home within an HOA. Learn all you need to know about getting your neighborhood HOA started or being the best neighborhood you can be! Join the casual roundtable discussion after the sessions to discuss topics tailored to those attending and get to know your “neighbors.” This is a great opportunity to network!

The free event is February 29, 2020 10 a.m. - 1 p.m. ☘ 6th Annual ShamROCK the Rose Saturday, March 14, 2020 This event is near and dear to me because I put it on every year, voluntarily, as a benefit for Soldier’s Wish, whose mission is to meet the unmet needs of Veterans! (Check out our standalone story on ShamROCK elsewhere in this issue!) Here’s a Fun Valentine’s Idea: �� If you’re looking for a fun date night idea check out this fondue experience Nouveau Chocolates offers! This looks so yummy. Fondue is by reservation only, you can do this on their website, nouveauchocolate.com, under the "more" tab. Did you know... NobiliTea is open! They are located on the corner of Main & Dallas! �� Bramble Breakfast & Bar is about to open on College & Ash just off Main!!!
