Have you found your peaceful breakfast, lunch, or cocktail hour on the deck interrupted by a loud clang, clang, boom, boom in Broad Ripple lately? I have the answer as to why. It is due to the fact that they are driving 40-foot steel girders into the ground to support the new construction at 64th and Westfield Boulevard.
