REGIONAL CLUB REPORTS
Club members before the onset of the long winter months. Our young members Katie and Emma Steele did themselves and the Club proud when being placed 1st and 2nd respectively in a very strong senior young handler’s competition at the Lincolnshire Show in June. David Burkill had the honour of being asked to judge the November Carlisle show & sale and the Midlands Herd Competition in August. And last but not least our Chairman Craig Hollingsworth had the privilege of judging the young stock and calf show at AgriExpo, Carlisle in October. Congratulations to you all. There has never been a better time for us to shout about the attributes of the Simmental breed. Here’s hoping 2016 brings success, good fortune and profitability to all breeders.
