DIARY DATE: BRITISH DRESSAGE AGM The AGM will be held on 29 June 2012. Tea and coffee will be available from 2pm and the AGM starts at 3pm. Once the formal business of the AGM has been completed, there will be presentations by the chairman and selected directors. This will be followed by discussion on selected topics. The chairman will then invite questions from members. Finally, there will be presentations of show awards and volunteer awards. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual General Meeting of BRITISH DRESSAGE will be held at the Lecture Theatre, The British Horse Society, Abbey Park, Kenilworth, Warwickshire CV8 2XZ on 29 June 2012 at 3pm for the purpose of considering the matters set out here.

Any member of British Dressage entitled to attend and vote at the meeting convened by this Notice is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his or her place. A proxy need not be a member of British Dressage. The completed proxy form must be received at the registered office not later than 48 hours before the date and time that the meeting is due to commence. Proxy forms can be obtained by writing to the Chief Executive with a stamped addressed envelope.

JUDGES AMENDMENTS BD ACCOUNTS

The audited accounts for the year ending 2011 are available on the BD website. Members can request a hard copy by sending an SAE to Angela Green, Stoneleigh Park, Kenilworth, Warwickshire CV8 2RJ. Copies will also be available at the AGM.
