GUEST GUIDE • 2014 SPRING RACE WEEK

Dear Bristol Family: Welcome to the

Last Great Colosseum. When Rome completed its colosseum in the year 80 AD, the Emperor declared it a gift to the people and the city celebrated with gladiator battles that wowed the crowd in a now-iconic amphitheater known around the world. This spring we welcome you back to another type of colosseum, one with equally entertaining gladiator battles, only this time they’re between some of the world’s best drivers on NASCAR’s toughest track. Our spring weekend is reminiscent of some of the same iconic scenes you might have seen at our Roman cousin in those early days - people from all walks of life descending upon a magnificent structure rising from the hills of East Tennessee to reunite with old friends and celebrate their love of high octane fuel, burning rubber and NASCAR. Whether you have traveled from right around the corner or from thousands of miles away, know that you are always welcome here at Bristol and we now, and forever, consider you part of our family. Let me remind you to grab a 3D map and schedule from our Guest Relations or Guest Services areas or download the Bristol Mobile App to enhance your experience. We have the best team in the business working for you, committed to making your experience here an unforgettable one. To that end, please don’t hesitate to let me know how your weekend goes or if there’s anything we could have done to make it better. Contact me at jerry@bristolmotorspeedway.com or visit BristolMotorSpeedway.com to tell us about your experience. I hope you have a fantastic week. Thank you for choosing Bristol! Sincerely,

Jerry Caldwell, General Manager

DESIGNATED DRIVER

If you choose to consume alcoholic beverages, BMS and our concessionaire encourage you to drink responsibly and to assign a designated driver.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS

FYI: Please keep in mind, in an effort to ensure smooth traffic flow, guests may be directed to turn in the opposite direction from which they entered when exiting certain parking areas. Please check with parking property owners for details. Please check www.bristolmotorspeedway.com for more information regarding directions and parking. Traveling from the North, the most direct route to Bristol Motor Speedway from Interstate 81 is Virginia Exit 3. Hwy. 11E will take you directly to the Speedway. HOWEVER, this route tends to become extremely congested during race weekends and other routes to the Speedway & Dragway are advised. From the North, guests may take Virginia Exit 17 off I-81 and turn left on Hwy. 75. At the Tennessee border, the road changes to Hwy. 44. Continue on this route until the stop sign at U.S. 421. Turn right on 421 and stay on it until the traffic light at Hwy. 394. Turn left and proceed approximately six miles to Bristol Motor Speedway & Dragway. Traveling from the South, take Tennessee Exit 69 off I-81. Turn right at the bottom of the ramp onto Hwy. 394. Bristol Motor Speedway & Dragway are located on the left side of Hwy. 394. BUT THIS ALSO IS THE MOST CONGESTED ROUTE FROM THIS DIRECTION. AS AN OPTION... Traveling from the South, guests should consider using alternate routes, including exit 57A on I-81 to I-26E toward Johnson City and taking US11E exit to Bristol Motor Speedway. Please check www.bristolmotorspeedway.com for more information regarding directions and parking.

The Tag-A-Kid Program is designed to reunite parents and their children should they become separated at BMS during the race weekend. Parents can go to any Guest Services booth, either Kids Zone location or the Guest Welcome Village and sign up for the program. Each child receives an armband to wear for the day. The parent’s name and seat location are written on the band. Any child that becomes separated from their parents will be escorted by Speedway personnel to the nearest Guest Services booth where they remain in a secure, yet visible, site until the parents can be located by using the seat number on the tag. For general admission seating events, families are advised to use the guest services information booths as a central meeting point in case families become separated during the event. The Tag-A-Kid program includes ear protection for children who participate in the free program.
